Applications Analyst – Housing Software, SSRS

Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst or Systems Administrator?  Do you have specific experience of working with, administrating and/or developing SSRS reports for a Social Housing Management system? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to supply extra support capacity to a modernising organisation undergoing a significant amount of change and project work.

The purpose of the role will be to provide application support, reports development, and maintenance, including help desk support, handling telephone queries & deskside support.  You will be positive and customer satisfaction driven in the provision of help desk services over ticket and call, measuring quality, resolutions, and timing. You will also be involved in ad hoc project work, the investigation & root cause analysis of underlying system issues, as well as helping with systems configuration, data conversion and testing where necessary.

Must Have
 

  • Experience providing 2nd/3rd line support/systems administration on software applications.
  • Experience of supporting a housing management system (such as, but not limited to, Aareon QL, Northgate/NPS Housing, Civica Cx/Universal Housing, Orchard Housing, Capita OPENHousing/Academy, Castleton Housing, MIS ActiveH).
  • SSRS reporting

  • SQL scripting
  • Experience supporting Property Services &/or Assets systems (such as, but not limited to, one of Advanced/Kirona DRS, Aareon 1st Touch, Capita OPENContractor, Castleton Agile365, Castleton Maintain/impactRESPONSE, Causeway Vixen, Civica Servitor, Housing SupportPro Works Connect, Innovation Apex, Kirona DRS/Field Service, M3 Locator Plus, Oneserve, Orchard Accuserv, XMpro, ROCC Uniclass, TotalMobile/Repairs/Service Connect, Asprey, Capita OPENAssets, Civica Keystone, Maximo, Integrator, Northgate SAM/Codeman, Promaster, PIMSS, Real RAM4000, Technology Forge).
