Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to lead on business improvement work for social enterprise in the midst of a transformation programme.
The main purpose of the role is to map housing business and data processes prior to taking the lead on business improvement project and systems integrations including all associated business process reviews, analysis, and re-engineering. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working towards a leaner more efficient business by improving business processes and internal communication, identifying strengths & weaknesses in the business, using customer journey methodology, promoting continuous improvement, developing design principles and process catalogues, data mapping, producing test plans and providing training where required.
Must Have
- Demonstrable experience working in a Business or Systems Analysis capacity either as a focussed discipline or as part of a wider remit.
- Experience of working within a Social Housing IT environment, possibly as part of an Implementation team or project, either as a Business/Systems Analysis, Application Consultant/Analyst, Systems Administration, and/or Application Support or a similar capacity.
- Property Services modular experience in Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Contractor, and/or Asset Management
- Experience with a Social Housing business processes and at least one Housing Management System (Such as NEC Housing, Civica Cx, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, CapitaOne/OPEN Housing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, etc).

- Formal Business Analysis/Project certification (such as BCS, Agile, Six Sigma, PRINCE2, CMI, etc
- Experience of Property Asset Management processes and business systems (such as Asprey, Capita OPENAssets, Capita OPENContractor, Civica Keystone, IBM Maximo, ECMK Integrator, Northgate SAM, MRI Asset/Promaster, PIMSS, RAM4000, Technology Forge, etc.)
As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and in presentation, self-starter with a strong focus on customer service. The contract is offered outside of IR35, on a 2-4 days per week basis for 3-6 months initially with scope to run. The role will be predominantly home based, and ad hoc site visits.
