IT Service Desk Analyst

The purpose of the role will be to a top-class user administration and service desk management services across desktop, telephony, and business application technologies.  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include covering general IT fixes in Citrix, Microsoft and standard desktop applications; and administrating Active Directory in creating new user accounts and archiving the accounts of leavers whilst updating a centralised database.
Must Have

  • Previous commercial experience providing IT Support and administrating Active Directory for a leavers/joiner’s perspective.
  • Office 365
  • Citrix
  • Good Excel skills, and the ability to review and analyse multiple data sets.
  • A good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Nice to Have

  • Full understanding of ITIL framework and/or accreditation in ITIL v3/4
  • Exchange
