The purpose of your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service in the most cost-effective and efficient manner, whilst taking responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of ITIL process from scratch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the resolution of a variety of escalations, deliver timely and agreed solution, build strong relationships with external and internal partners, develop, agree and work to agreed SLA monitoring, continually improve on standards within agreed department budgets, drive service reviews and continual improvement, and work collaboratively with project teams to drive forward and deliver strategies relating to service.
- An impressive commercial track record in IT Service Delivery Management and strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Change & Problem Management.
- Experienced working in a customer focused environment.
- A strong understanding of ITIL and IT best practices.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification
Nice to Have
- Experience and pragmatic approach to solving issues both technical and non-technical.
- Experience in managing a team to deliver business goals.
- ITIL Practitioner certification or above.

This role is home based now, and post-Covid is likely to be split between working at home and a suitable satellite office in the South of England.
