Are you an experienced Document Migration, Data Migration or Data Engineer professional? Do you have solid Sharepoint and RDBMS skills, as well experience of ETL/data migration? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Data Engineer to be responsible for ensuring that all legacy documentation is exported, cleansed, and loaded in a new best of breed SharePoint application. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference as part of a flagship implementation. The contract is offered as a 6 month contract and can be outside of IR35.
The purpose of your role will be to ensure a successful document migration from selected legacy application to a new SharePoint system. Your duties will include formulation of data migration strategy, the mapping of data, data cleansing, data conversion data transfer and supporting colleagues with data activities that you delegate, data structure definition, interface mapping, building custom reports, bespoke development of the database, and third-party supplier engagement.
Must Have
- SharePoint expertise.
- Previous commercial experience of working with relational databases and with data migration, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data transfer, data mapping, data transformation, and debugging.
- SQL Server, SQL Scripting.
- Experience of using data loaders.
- Azure.
- API integrations.
Nice to Have
- Experience of building CI/CD data pipelines on cloud platforms
- Previous experience migrating data between housing management systems (Such as Civica Cx/Universal Housing, NEC/Northgate Housing, Capita One/OPENHousing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard< Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH , or similar) and their associated data schemas
