Are you an experienced Applications Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator? Do you have specific experience of working on social housing software implementations or business process improvements, migrations, and/or upgrades? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to take a key role in the implementation of new application technology whilst continuously improving an application architecture suite for a for a respected & established social enterprise as part of a wider digital transformation programme.
The main purpose of the role will be to maintain and develop internal property services management systems. Your day-to-day activities will include providing support to users and business-as-usual activities, as well as working on projects develop new solutions and to implement and upgrade business systems. This will include displaying excellent stakeholder management skills, assisting with the scoping of business requirements, and by contributing to the design, build, testing, and implementation of application solutions. You will configure systems as needed, plan and implement functional, integration and user acceptance testing, training, second line support and fault resolution, and all associated documentation.
Essential
- Business/Systems Analysis experience and/or Application Support/Systems Administration experience
- Demonstrable experience of working with Social Housing applications (Such as NEC/Northgate Housing, Civica Cx Housing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing/Capita One/OPENHousing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
Desirable
- Team Lead, mentoring or management experience
- Experience working in an implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications.
- Relevant certification (such as ITIL, BCS, vendor specific accreditation or similar).
