Project Manager

Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to replace a legacy application portfolio with a new integrated housing management ERP system. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property and Technology markets, we are seeking a pragmatic, social and analytical Project Manager to work with a rapidly expanding Social Enterprise and help manage the project that will transform their services.
 
The purpose of the role is to work closely with both non-technical and technical members of the team to ensure the production of project deliverables by managing project scoping, project planning and resource planning, as well as risk, issue, stakeholder & budget management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include the creation of project plans, monitoring project progress/timelines, adjusting schedules whilst managing stakeholder expectations, resolving issues, taking responsibility for technical design documentation, facilitating requirement gathering, managing user acceptance testing, taking review sessions, and negotiating deliverables.

Requirements

• A successful commercial track record in Project Management, leading project teams and implementing projects and IT solutions on time, to budget and with quality.
• Experience implementing at least one housing management application (Such as NEC/Northgate Housing, Aareon QL, Capita One/Open Housing, Civica Cx, MRI Orchard Housing/Castleton Housing, MIS ActiveH, or similar)

Nice to Have
 

• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP
